Seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the recruitment app space.
Ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in account management, sales, and client onboarding within the tech industry.
Key responsibilities include:
\- Identify and research prospective clients through market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
\- Generate and qualify leads using outbound strategies, including cold calling, targeted emailing, and networking at industry events.
\- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
\- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute prospecting campaigns and strategies.
\- Schedule and book meetings for account executives, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
\- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions in CRM systems.
\- Stay up-to-date on product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
\- Represent the company at local events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network within the Bellevue tech ecosystem.
Qualifications include:
\- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
\- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry.
\- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
\- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet quotas.
\- Technical aptitude and an interest in technology solutions; prior experience with tech apps or SaaS products is a plus.
\- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach and a passion for growing new business.
\- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
