What you will do
- Gather and document business requirements using BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, and Use Cases
- Facilitate communication and collaboration using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Perform data analysis and stakeholder management to support business process modeling
- Apply project management skills to drive initiatives forward
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong background in financial services
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, and Use Cases
- Nice to have: Experience with transaction processing, lockbox operations, or payment clearing systems
- Nice to have: Experience with Federal Govt Standards/Compliance
- Nice to have: Ability to write SQL queries
- Nice to have: Experience with Rules Engines & BPM
