Position Overview
The Manager of Revenue Operations & Strategic Programs plays a cross-functional role responsible for enabling revenue growth, ensuring deal discipline, and helping MedZed successfully navigate strategic sales-related activities tied to healthcare policy and regulation. This individual will own core sales operations infrastructure while acting as a project manager and strategic partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
This role requires someone who is self-directed, analytically strong, comfortable making well-reasoned recommendations even in ambiguous situations, and confident working directly with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Revenue Enablement
- Own Salesforce configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization to support sales, forecasting, and reporting needs
- Design, implement, and enforce deal governance processes, including pricing, approvals, and contract workflows
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, velocity/dwell analysis, and KPI reporting for leadership
Strategic Project & Program Management
- Monitor Medicaid, Medicare, and Human Services policy and regulatory changes that create opportunities or risks for MedZed
- Provide structured project management for cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, policy alignment, and market expansion
Content, Communication & Executive Support
- Design and develop written and visual content for presentations, proposals, and strategic materials in partnership with Marketing
- Provide staff and coordination support for the MedZed Advisory Council
- Oversee client health reporting, including CSAT and NPS tracking and analysis
- Provide executive-level meeting support for the Chief Growth Officer and CEO, including research, preparation, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
Key Attributes & Qualifications
- 3 years of consulting, sales operations or capture management in healthcare services or healthcare technology.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning work end-to-end
- Curious by nature, with a strong desire to understand how policy, operations, and revenue intersect.
- Combines analytical rigor with critical thinking and sound judgment
- Data literate, able to synthesize complex operational, financial, and policy-related data into compelling narratives for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Medicaid, Medicare, and Human Services policy environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with Executive Leadership Team members and external stakeholders
- Experience balancing operational execution with strategic problem-solving in a fast-growing organization
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
