Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Haven, CT, for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing expense reports, reconciling accounts, handling payments, and assisting with monthly journal entries. The specialist will work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate record-keeping and contribute to the financial efficiency of the organization. Timely and precise payment processing to vendors will also be a key responsibility.
