In this mobile, hands-on role, you'll travel between client sites to support surgical teams and operate specialty surgical equipment during procedures.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Prepare operating rooms by setting up sterile instruments, surgical equipment, and supplies
- Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and pass instruments efficiently
- Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control standards
- Operate and monitor Medworks rental lasers and other specialty surgical equipment
- Communicate clearly with surgical teams and support client preferences
- Assist with post-procedure clean-up, restocking, and operational readiness
- Complete required documentation and accurately track equipment usage
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through NBSTSA or an equivalent accredited organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control standards
- Stamina and time management skills for dynamic surgical schedules
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Prior surgical technologist experience preferred
- Experience in urology, gynecology, or general surgery is a plus
- Primarily Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional early starts or extended days based on case volume
- Occasional on-call rotation as needed
- Periodic travel outside the local area may be required to support business needs
