What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality childcare for families across your area
- Step in for same-day or next-day jobs when families need you most
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families and our management team
- Support the Jovie office team with admin projects when not with a family
- Bring flexibility and a positive attitude to every assignment
- Full availability (either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or Midnight–Midnight) at least 5 days per week
- Willingness to work occasional weekends if needed to meet your guaranteed hours
- Comfortable caring for any age group, in homes with pets, and traveling to various locations
- Dependable communicator — always ready to check in and follow up
