Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our Men’s Health & Wellness team. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Experience in a men’s health or testosterone clinic is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including venipuncture, IM and SQ injections, and vital signs.
- Support providers with patient assessments, follow-ups, and treatment workflows.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and patient charts.
- Manage high-volume phone calls with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with lab processing, specimen handling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Support daily operations, scheduling, and patient communication as needed.
- Uphold clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant (MA/CMA/RMA) certification preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in venipuncture and injections (required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
