Our culturally competent team of pharmacists and supportive staff speaks 30 languages and dialects to provide high-quality, guideline-supported patient care across all U.S. time zones. Responsibilities:Make scripted outbound calls to patients on behalf of their health plan regarding their medicationReceive inbound calls from patients.Collaborate closely with MedWatchers pharmacists to ensure patient needs are met if needed.Demonstrate professional communication and compassionate care in every interaction.Use multiple technology platforms to provide a seamless experience.Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.Meet and exceed daily call, quality, and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.Assess challenging patient situations; respond appropriately to patient needs and requests.Identify potential medication issues and escalate them to MedWatchers pharmacists.Qualifications:Required:1-     Outbound call center experience2-     Strong communication and interpersonal skills3-     Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Teams).4-     Responsible and reliable with a track record of good attendance.5-     Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred1-     Multilingual2-     Background in healthcare or outbound sales3-     Pharmacy technician licenseBenefits:Uncapped Performance Incentive Program; (Top performers consistently earn $10-$15 hourly incentive on top of the wages)Paid trainingPaid break timeMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage401K Company MatchingPaid Time Off and HolidaysDiscount ProgramsStudent Loan Repayment AssistanceFlexible ScheduleOpportunity to work hybrid or remote, based on performanceWork Location:Start in our in-office training and performance phase, then unlock the opportunity to work hybrid or remote after 90 days — based on your quality, productivity, and attendance.Job Type: Full-timePay (base pay incentive): $20.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In Office-Hybrid-Remote based on performance qualification
