Orthopaedic Clinical Manager – Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred
This position is ideal for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) looking to advance into leadership or a clinic manager with orthopaedic or musculoskeletal experience who values close collaboration with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical (Certified Athletic Trainer Preferred)

Deliver direct patient care under physician supervision, including injury assessment, treatment planning, and education.

Assist with non-operative procedures and post-operative recovery programs.

Apply/remove casts and splints; assist with injections and other non-surgical treatments (e.g., PRP, shockwave).

Fit and manage durable medical equipment (DME).

Collaborate with PTs and care teams to enhance care outcomes.
Clinical Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, provider support, and clinical scheduling.

Supervise clinical support staff (MAs, ATCs, rehab aides); build monthly staff schedules.

Maintain a strong clinic culture that fosters teamwork, accountability, and high-quality care.

Serve as the liaison between physicians, administrative teams, and external referral sources.
Administrative Oversight

Lead hiring, onboarding, and clinical training programs.

Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensure, and safety standards.

Monitor and order medical and DME supplies; manage equipment maintenance.

Audit clinical documentation to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Participate in strategic initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

3 years of clinical operations or healthcare management experience required.

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) strongly preferred.

Orthopaedic or sports medicine experience highly desirable.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
