As a Technician III, Service Operations, you will play a key role in Medtronic’s Global Robotics Service & Support (GRSS) organization. This is a hands‑on technician role focused on post‑market complaint investigation, failure replication, and root cause analysis for cutting‑edge robotic‑assisted surgery systems.

You’ll work closely with Quality and R&D engineers, supporting investigations that directly impact product reliability, serviceability, and ultimately patient outcomes.

This is a contributing Technician III role, not an entry‑level position. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, apply sound troubleshooting judgment, and documenting findings at a high standard for engineering teams.
