Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides project or program support to a Americas Distribution and Deliver.
- Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports. Prepares communications for Operations Leaders including the Distribution Newsletter and mass emails. Champions Employee Morale activities and arranges special events/lunches
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Assists with certain Employee centered functions.
- Handle accounting and purchasing functions for Operations team and some support functions. Utilizes SAP and other internal systems.
- Coordinate and set up internal/external meetings, training sessions and town halls.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Preference given to applicants with High School Diploma/GED.
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in past-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to problem-solve while managing priorities.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communications and diplomacy skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficient in use of modern technology.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), Ariba, Readsoft, IPC, Concur, Amex Global Business Travel, Iron Mountain and others.
- Previous experience in executive admin support environment.
- Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices.
- A continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change.
- An active listener and clear communicator.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
