Responsibilities
- Process returned medical devices across mixed device categories.
- Confirm item returned matches shipped material.
- Conduct quality review and support disposition decisions.
- Update inventory records accurately.
- Review and maintain return documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, Quality, and Regulatory teams as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in returns processing.
Rapidly expanding with ongoing anticipated growth focused on quick response to customer orders.
