They are currently looking to strengthen their commercial operations and are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Support Manager to develop and lead this critical function.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing the customer-facing inside sales organisation.
- Implementing and refining inside sales processes and programmes to create measurable value.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all customers, partners, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with the sales team to manage the CRM system and business development pipeline.
- Partnering with the operations team to align production and build plans with customer delivery dates.
- Working cross-functionally with Quality and Finance teams on customer complaints, RMAs, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinating all aspects of trade show participation, from registration to on-site logistics.
Essential Experience
We are seeking candidates with:
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or marketing role, ideally with management responsibilities.
- A background in a high-technology manufacturing environment, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or biotechnology.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous accounting experience.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 13485 and cGMP processes.
