Job Description
Work Schedule: Weekend Nights, No Call Requirements
- Delivers safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate patient care while performing treatments according to policy, responding effectively to clinical emergencies, and assisting the RN in assessing and identifying patient needs.
- Supports quality and safety by adhering to infection prevention protocols, isolation guidelines, PPE requirements, hand hygiene standards, and departmental safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
- Collaborates as an effective member of the healthcare team by communicating clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Accurately documents patient care, procedures, observations, and reports changes or abnormalities to the registered nurse in accordance with department policies.
- Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth by participating in performance improvement initiatives, embracing practice changes, continuously developing clinical skills, and performing other assigned duties.

- 1 applicable PCT experience [Preferred]
- Previous bedside patient care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical experience [Preferred]

- Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) [Required] OR
