Job Title: Enterprise Sales Representative

Position Summary
The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing large-scale healthcare clients for MedSuite’s solutions. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with enterprise-level organizations, understanding complex client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with MedSuite’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise-level sales opportunities within the healthcare industry
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present customized product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, implementation, product, and customer success) to ensure alignment and successful deal execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Represent MedSuite at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Behavioral Heath space
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota, $1,250,000-$1,500,000.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience selling Behavioral Health EHR, and knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM), billing solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Existing network within Behavioral healthcare sector, provider groups, or payer organizations

Work Environment & Travel
This position is remote within the United States. Periodic travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, and internal meetings.
Compensation
- $120,000 Base Salary Commission Structure $240,000 OTE
