YOUR IMPACT AS OUR PHARMACIST IN CHARGE
As the Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the pharmacy and will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements and applicable federal and state regulations
- Provide personalized medication counseling and exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate and compliant pharmacy records
- Manage medication inventory and purchasing efficiently
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
- Maintain high standards for medication safety, accuracy, and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and pharmacy operations
- Make important operational decisions that directly impact patient care and pharmacy performance
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Required: Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License
- Preferred: 1 year of retail or independent pharmacy management experience
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Commitment to providing excellent patient service
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive Compensation: $55.00-$60.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
