Nurse (RN) or Radiation Therapist (ARRT) with a proven track record

Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical and operational
initiatives in Radiation Oncology.
Manage staff recruitment, training,
and performance to ensure optimal patient care.
Oversee financial planning,
budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Implement quality improvement
projects to enhance clinical care and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate on strategic marketing
efforts to grow service utilization.
Qualifications:
Licensure: RN
or ARRT (Radiation Therapist).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Radiation Therapy (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 5-7
years in clinical operations management.
Specialized knowledge in CyberKnife,
Proton Therapy, and Dosimetry is essential.
