3 Bles is a 16-bed adult Medicine and Oncology Unit. Clinical nurses on 3 Bles provide expert care for acutely ill oncology patients, specifically solid tumor. They also provide care for complex medical patients with a wide range of diagnoses. The nurses on 3 Bles are committed to cura personalis, care for the whole person, and actively involve families in the care of their patients throughout all stages of treatment.Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
This position has a hiring range of $38.00 - $63.30
Salary : $38 - $63
