What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist - Full Time Day Shift position at medstar-stg?
Provides timely, knowledgeable and professional phlebotomy procedures to all in-patient, out-patient and contracted service patients while maintaining an acute awareness of the age specific needs of each client. Maintains a professional appearance while inspiring procedural confidence through knowledgeable application of their skills. Processes collected specimens in a manner that supports specimen integrity guidelines. Working hours for this role is 6am-2:30pm, Monday- Friday with rotating weekends.
