New Graduate Nurse Residency Full Time Day shift opening!
O'Neil 4 is a 32-bed
Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Unit
Specializing in
high-quality care for telemetry patients and those requiring medical-surgical
interventions
Adult/geriatric population with a variety of services to include
stroke, limb salvage, dialysis (CAPD), and wound care
Straight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend schedule
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Enrollment in accredited BSN program required within 12 months of employment and completion within 4 years of employment hire date.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
