What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Laboratory Assistant - PRN position at medstar-stg?
Responsible for obtaining, collecting, receiving, logging and processing patient specimens. Assures accuracy of collection and labeling, processes specimens appropriately and send specimens to appropriate section. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position is PRN, with working hours of day shift on weekends.
*Initial training for this role must take place during week days for two consecutive weeks.
