MedStar Washington Hospital Center has a part time opening on our Communications team. The Communications Center Customer Service Rep supports the hub of communication at the hospital. They provide the initial contact and impression for callers to the hospital and assists customers with incoming and outgoing services. Acts as the point of contact for the activation of in-house emergency response systems. Executes requests to page clinical and non-clinical associates. Answers questions relative to patient information in accordance with hospital policy. Provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
This department is open 24 hours and requires coverage for day, evening, and overnight shifts during the week and on weekends.
Status: Part time, 8 hours per week
