- Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, correspondence, file maintenance, and phone coverage
- Coordinate schedules and activities for residents, faculty, students, and program leadership
- Manage and track program-related documents, orders, and workflows to ensure timely completion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications and program materials
- Maintain accurate data in GME systems, databases, and reports
- Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, events, and program activities
- Serve as an on-site administrative resource for access requests, facilities coordination, IT support, and equipment ordering
- Run and distribute routine reports to support program and departmental needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Five years of related administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or complex organizational setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with standard office and database software
