What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled nursing care 1:1 in the home, trach/vent care
• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercise
  
• Providing companionship and emotional support

✔️ Qualifications

PA LPN license

• CPR
• 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
• Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
