Family Medicine Physician

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team in Foley, Alabama. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• No call responsibilities
• No weekends
• Established patient panel
• Collaborative, team-based practice
• Average of 18–20 patients seen per day
• Typical schedule includes 20–25 patient appointments
• Work alongside Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers
• Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care rather than high-volume production

Providers care for a diverse patient population that includes many Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries while working within a collaborative clinical environment focused on improving community health outcomes.

Teaching & Leadership Opportunities

This organization is launching a new residency program and offers physicians the opportunity to:

• Mentor and teach resident physicians
• Participate in clinical education
• Work alongside residents during outpatient rotations
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners after one year of employment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $240,000
• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment eligibility
• Six weeks of paid vacation plus paid sick leave

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
