Pay: $33.54–$35.54 per hour
Schedule: Weekends
Position: Per diem
Responsibilities include:

Provide nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans and facility policies.

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff.

Administer medications and treatments as authorized and directed.

Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, and members of the care team.

Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Follow infection-control, health, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
