Telehealth Manager – Healthcare Operations (Full-Time)

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year

Travel Required: Brooklyn, Queens, and Hempstead

We’re looking for a strong, motivated Telehealth Manager who can lead a team, improve workflows, and ensure patients receive excellent care through virtual services. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and operations effectively.

About the Role
This position oversees a team of telehealth nurses and ensures the entire telehealth program runs smoothly. You’ll serve as the go-to leader for clinical questions, operational needs, and process improvement. This role also requires regular travel between Brooklyn, Queens, and the Hempstead area, working closely with on-site teams as needed to support operations and ensure alignment across locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and supervise a team of telehealth nurses

  • Ensure high-quality patient care and consistent workflow standards

  • Train staff on telehealth procedures, best practices, and technology platforms

  • Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot clinical or workflow issues

  • Work cross-functionally with scheduling, compliance, administration, and clinical leadership

  • Improve patient experience through strong communication and operational oversight

  • Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements related to telehealth services

  • Identify areas for efficiency, growth, and quality improvement

What You Need

  • Background in healthcare operations or telehealth program management

  • Experience in telehealth is a strong advantage

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of workflows, operations, and process improvement

  • Ability to quickly learn systems, regulations, and program requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
