A very large, well-established nursing home in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician Assistant to join their clinical team. Position Overview
The PA will provide internal medicine care to residents within the facility, working closely with attending physicians and nursing leadership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing chronic and acute medical conditions commonly seen in long-term care, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and communicate well with residents, families, and staff.

This role offers stable full-time hours, a supportive clinical environment, and flexibility in scheduling.

Schedule
Full-time, with flexibility:

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to nursing home residents.

• Perform assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits.

• Manage chronic conditions and acute issues as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Communicate effectively with residents and families.

• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) in New York.

• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
