Job Title: Admin Support Auditor
Department: SBO Admin Support Department
Reports To: Manager, SBO Admin Support Department
SUMMARY:
Has the skills to take responsibility for the overall leadership, management of the Compliance department. Function as an independent and objective department to evaluate administrated work product and related productivity within the corresponding department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and others as they become necessary and assigned.

- • Ability to review to work queue’s and evaluate the work product based on the departments work instructions and policies.
- • Must be able to use and apply good judgement based on company policies.
- • Must be able to work independently and produce high volumes and quality work.
- • Must be experienced in Word, Excel, Collect!, EPIC, Cerner, and Athena.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 12 months of experience with the following operating systems: EPIC, Cerner, Athena, and Collect!.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers and supervisors of the organization. Must be articulate and able to use proper grammar in spoken and written communication. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to perform basic mathematical skills and use a calculator. Ability to interpret bar graphs and other charts, graphs and printouts.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be able to understand and apply federal and state laws as applicable.
