About Us:

Tandem Health & Aesthetics is a new cash-pay medical spa and wellness clinic opening in Herriman, UT, offering Botox, dermal fillers, women’s HRT, men’s TRT, ED treatment, GLP-1 medical weight loss (semaglutide/tirzepatide), peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy, HydraFacial, and prescription medical skincare. We’re building a boutique, patient-focused practice and looking for a skilled, personable RN Injector to join our founding team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler injections under physician/NP delegation and standing orders
• Support peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy, and injectable weight loss medication (GLP-1) administration
• Conduct patient consultations, assess candidacy, and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and informed consent records
• Follow infection control, safety, and sterile technique protocols
• Support patient retention through excellent bedside manner and follow-up care
• Assist with HydraFacial and other aesthetic device treatments as needed

Requirements:

• Active Utah RN license in good standing
• Prior injection experience preferred (Botox/filler, peptide, or IV therapy certification a plus — training may be provided for the right candidate)
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
• Comfortable in a small, fast-paced startup clinic environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

Commission-based pay structure — competitive commission rates per service performed (injectables, peptide therapy, IV therapy, etc.), with opportunity to grow earnings as a founding team member of a new practice.
