We are seeking a confident, charismatic, and results-driven High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our luxury spa team.
This is a closing-only sales position. You will meet with pre-qualified leads who have already booked an in-person consultation to discuss their weight-loss, body transformation, and aesthetic goals. There is no cold calling, door-to-door sales, or prospecting required.
Your role is to build trust, understand each client's goals, recommend the appropriate treatment or wellness program, and confidently close high-value packages.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-ticket sales and experience in weight loss, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury services, or a similar client-focused industry.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-person consultations with pre-booked, qualified leads.
- Build genuine rapport and establish trust with clients from the moment they arrive.
- Identify each client's goals, concerns, motivations, and desired results.
- Educate clients on customized weight-loss, body contouring, aesthetic, and wellness solutions.
- Recommend the appropriate programs, treatments, and packages based on the client's needs.
- Present and close high-ticket treatment packages and programs.
- Confidently overcome objections and guide clients toward making a purchasing decision.
- Create an elevated, luxury client experience throughout the consultation and sales process.
- Follow up with prospective clients who need additional time before purchasing.
- Maintain accurate notes and sales activity within the CRM/booking system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment.
- Represent the luxury spa brand with professionalism, confidence, and exceptional customer service.

The leads are provided and consultations are booked for you. Your job is to CLOSE.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, preferably $2,000 transactions.
- Previous experience in weight loss, medical aesthetics, MedSpa, beauty, wellness, fitness, luxury services, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Experience selling packages, memberships, programs, or other high-value services.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly.
- Confident handling objections and asking for the sale.
- Consultative sales approach — able to identify what a client actually needs rather than simply selling a service.
- Comfortable discussing body transformation, weight loss, aesthetics, and beauty goals with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Polished, professional appearance and excellent personal presentation.
- Comfortable working in a luxury, client-facing environment.
- Experience with CRM or booking software is a plus.

You don't need to be taught how to have a conversation with a client or ask for the sale. You know how to uncover the real reason someone wants to make a change, create urgency around their goals, confidently present a solution, and help them make a decision.
