Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Call clients regarding orders for medical equipment
- Provide clients with information regarding insurance coverage
- Assemble walkers and other store merchandise for display
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Utilize EMR system to enter notes and orders for patients as needed
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
