Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. They evaluate, plan and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.
Qualifications
Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Territory
Experience in Home Health preferred but not required
The defined territory is defined as a 70 mile radius from and back to their home on any work day. If the Therapist has to drive more than 70 miles round trip, the difference will be reimbursed as a bonus of twice the mileage rate.
