We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Nurse Practitioner – Executive Support to work closely with the Medical Director in our Miami Beach office. This is an in-person role focused on supporting executive leadership, operations, and strategic initiatives.
The position will begin with a brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period, with the potential to transition into a W-2 employee role if it is a good fit for both parties.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who works with a high level of independence and professionalism and is comfortable supporting executive leadership directly.
The NP will primarily support the Medical Director by attending meetings, assisting with oversight, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring follow-through on key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support to the Medical Director
- Attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings
- Assist in reviewing workflows, protocols, and operational strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution of action items
- Support communication between teams and leadership
- Provide insight and recommendations as needed
Schedule & Work Setting
- Full-time equivalent (36–40 hours per week expected)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
- On-site in Miami Beach, FL
Compensation
- $125,000.00 – $131,000.00 annually
- Compensation based on experience and scope of work
Employment Structure
- Initial brief 1099 independent contractor onboarding period
- Opportunity to transition into W-2 employment if it is a suitable fit for both parties
Requirements
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-responsibility environment
- Comfortable in a meeting-heavy, executive-facing role
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in leadership support, care coordination, or operations
