MedRoof Urgent Care & Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician
Assistant (PA-C) to join our rapidly growing healthcare organization serving Blair County and the
surrounding communities.

Schedule
● Full-Time Position
● Approximately 14 shifts per month
● Flexible scheduling coordinated with fellow providers
● Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
● Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
● Every other weekend rotation
● No overnight shifts
Compensation
● Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
● Weekly payroll

Responsibilities
● Evaluate and treat patients of all ages presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
● Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and develop treatment plans
● Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic imaging
● Perform urgent care procedures within scope of practice
● Provide occupational medicine services including pre-employment evaluations and DOT
physicals
● Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
● Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Required
● Active Pennsylvania CRNP or PA-C License
● Active DEA Registration
● Active NPI Number
● Current BLS Certification
● Current ACLS Certification
● Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
● Strong clinical decision-making skills
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
● Urgent Care Experience
● Emergency Medicine Experience
● Family Medicine Experience
● Occupational Medicine Experience
● DOT Medical Examiner Certification (not required)
Employment Requirements
● Successful completion of credentialing and privileging
● Background checks and clearances
● TB screening and onboarding requirements
● Verification of licenses, certifications, and professional references
