Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at MedRock, you will play a key role in managing patient and provider communications, ensuring a smooth process for prescription orders, addressing any patient issues related to products or shipping, and facilitating follow-up calls regarding order status and payment methods. Your role will contribute to the overall success of the company’s customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding prescription orders, issues with products, billing or shipping inquiries.
- Place outbound calls to patients to discuss order details and payment methods.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed notes in the computer system.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
Position Details:
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt, M-F; 9-5:30 or 9:30-6; Saturdays 9-1 (2 Saturdays a month)
