Multi-Site Manager
Purpose:
Lead multiple urgent care centers to deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences through operational excellence, team development, and strong business performance.
Position Summary
The Multi-Site Manager plays a vital leadership role, overseeing multiple urgent care centers within an assigned district. This leader drives operational performance, develops high-performing teams, ensures compliance with company standards, and champions outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Center Leads and staff through regular on-site visits.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement that enhances both employee and patient experiences.
- Create individualized development plans for Center Leads to strengthen performance and career growth.
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to MedRite policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial results.
- Manage district resources, including labor, services, and supplies, to efficiently meet operational and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director of Field Operations (RDO) and clinical leaders to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Submit monthly staff schedules by the 1st of every month.
Business & Fiscal Management
- Manage district budgets and financial performance in alignment with MEDRITE’s strategic and financial plans.
- Analyze trends, identify opportunities for growth or cost control, and execute improvement strategies.
- Maintain fiscal accountability for staffing, scheduling, and expense management.
- Submit payrolls for all centers bi-weekly by Sunday at 9 PM.
- Submit weekly medical and office supply orders by Tuesday at 11 AM.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Maintain proactive communication with the RDO regarding center performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Promote a positive, cohesive, and collaborative work environment across all centers.
- Lead daily huddles and monthly team meetings to reinforce alignment and engagement.
Professional Excellence
- Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment in all decision-making.
- Continuously pursue opportunities for professional and leadership development.
- Serve as a role model for MEDRITE’s mission, values, and culture.
- Partner with the RDO quarterly to conduct UCA center inspections and ensure compliance with UCA standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience managing multiple locations or field operations (healthcare, retail, or hospitality experience preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital reporting systems.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel /Hourly Requirements
- Regular travel to all centers within the assigned district (field presence expected 5 days per week).
- Divide time among centers weekly, spending full days at each location (no splitting time between centers without prior approval).
- Multi-site Managers are expected to work 45 hours weekly.
Salary: $70,0000-$85,000
