- Monday - Friday
- Skilled Nursing Facility Setting
- Private practice model with ' round and go' flexibility
- NP Support with Profit Share
- Earn $200K proven income by current physicians
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients, as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.), and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
