Responsibilities
The PAS Associate reports to the Team Leaders or Section Leaders. The PAS Associate is responsible executing all duties for the PAS Patient Statement Process which includes: taking all inbound phone calls from patients, researching patient issues with insurance, collecting unpaid balances from the patients, coordinating the transition of accounts to Medium Collection Vendor, and preparing write-offs to hard collection company. This position is 100% staff duties.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years minimum of customer service experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to understand basic medical terminology
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Call center and/or medical office experience
- Experience in high call volume
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
- CPAR - Certified Patient Account Representative
