Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be providing skilled care for individual patients at home. You are a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in providing personalized care for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues and make sure that the care plan is being followed
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- COVERAGE AREA: WEST LA and CENTRAL LA
Qualifications
- Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
Salary : $150 - $450
