We are looking for a versatile and experienced Microsoft Services Engineer to support and enhance our Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud services. This role involves working across multiple Microsoft platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and on-prem Microsoft Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft solutions that align with business needs and security standards.
In this role, you will…
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Server, Teams, and Intune.
- Implement and manage identity and access solutions using Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across Microsoft platforms.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, updates, and best practices.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview.
- Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500, or equivalent.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and automation frameworks.
