The Marketing Analyst will perform various marketing activities that support the successful execution of strategies and tactics that strengthen MedPro Group's brand. You will execute tasks designed to drive new business, retain existing business, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
In this role, you will…
- Coordinate Campaigns:
- Manage the execution of cross-divisional campaigns:
- Work with Marketing Lead to determine campaign send dates and materials.
- Work with vendor to secure all promo and print items as needed for drip campaigns.
- Review action plan daily to ensure alignment with division sales team.
- Facilitate and attend campaign meetings as necessary.
- Work with Marketing Operations Lead to ensure list accuracy and CRM action plans.
- Work closely with Analytics team to provide accurate ROI metrics to Marketing Lead and division.
- Continually evaluate for methods of optimization and make recommendations to Marketing Lead.
- Manage the execution of cross-divisional campaigns:
- Perform other Marketing duties:
- Manage quarterly and monthly divisional communications in email and newsletter form.
- Work with Editor to develop content for internal company communications.
- Provide project management support in marketing projects, including the creation and distribution of marketing collateral for customers, insureds, and other prospects.
- Be responsible for divisional giveaway management.
- Maintain the testimonial database that includes written testimonials and maintain necessary release information.
- Manage creation and execution of journal and association ads.
- Assist with new intern training on systems and processes.
- Perform other misc. duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with…
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent area.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills in a high volume environment – including the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting deadlines.
- Significant command of the English language, especially the rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and online applications (CRM tools, Project Management tools, etc.) preferred.
