Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
- Organize and lead project meetings, documenting key outcomes and action items.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare.
