Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor delegated services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of delegated entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and support for delegated providers on best practices.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between MedPOINT and external partners to foster strong relationships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting delegation oversight.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to delegation oversight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in managed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC) is a plus.
