Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist

MedPark Hearing Center
Seguin, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 10/7/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/29/2025

Why Join Us?

At MedPark Hearing Center, we believe better hearing changes lives—not just for our patients, but for their families and communities too. We’re family-owned, deeply rooted in Central Texas, and committed to making hearing care personal, uplifting, and life-changing.

If you’re an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist who’s tired of being treated like a cog in a machine and you’re ready to be part of a team that values empathy, excellence, and fun then this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

· Be the trusted expert: Listen deeply, show empathy, and confidently recommend the best treatment for each patient.

· Fit the right technology: From prescriptive programming to real-ear verification, you’ll ensure every patient hears their best.

· Deliver 5-star follow-up care: Patients never fall through the cracks, you’ll guide them step-by-step, making sure their journey is smooth and successful.

· Educate and inspire: Join us in community events, workshops, and live seminars to share knowledge and break down the stigma around hearing care.

· Be a team player: Pitch in with ideas, support new team members, and help us keep improving how we do things.

What We’re Looking For

· A licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist who’s passionate about helping people reconnect to life through better hearing.

· Strong communication skills, you can explain complex things simply, and you genuinely enjoy connecting with patients and their families.

· A mix of clinical precision and human warmth. You know how to run the tests, fit the devices, and document accurately, but you also know a patient’s experience matters just as much.

· Someone who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat team environment.

· Someone willing to grow and learn with us!

What Success Looks Like

· Patients saying, “I felt heard, cared for, and confident in my treatment.”

· Consistently high treatment adoption rates (because you recommend what patients truly need).

· Low return rates (because you got the fit right and followed through).

· Being the reason patients send their friends and family to us.

Our Core Values

· It’s Not About You: It’s always about the patient.

· Treat Every Patient Properly: We recommend the best.

· Solve Problems: Own it, fix it, move forward.

· Find a Way to Say YES: Be creative, flexible, and proactive.

· Document the Details: If it’s not in the chart, it didn’t happen.

· Never Be Satisfied: Growth mindset.

· Relentless Results: We celebrate wins, big and small.

· Next Step Always: Patients leave with clarity about what comes next.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

· Family atmosphere: We’re not corporate: we’re a small team that has each other’s backs.

· Community impact: You’ll see your patients at H-E-B, church, or the football game, and know you changed their life.

· Growth opportunities: We invest in training, events, and new technology so you keep learning.

· Commission potential: Salary plus sale-based commission.

· Fun factor: We celebrate our wins, “taco and coffee” Fridays, and laugh a lot.

So instead of just another clinic job, this is a chance to make a real difference, love where you work, and grow with a team that cares.
