About the Position:
The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales team who reach customers by phone or online, rather than traveling to meet them face-to-face.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Trains inside sales staf
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Assist Sales Director to implement inside sales incentive programs and goals.
- Assist in running Sales Reporting utilizing ERP system/PowerBI
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly marketing calendar to use for communications with customers.
- Help pre-qualify cold calls.
