What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Telehealth Visit Assistant position at Medora Health Group?
Medora Health Group is looking for a friendly, reliable person to help patients see their healthcare providers from home. You'll visit patients at their homes in the Poughkeepsie area with your iPad, help them join a video visit with our medical team, and stay with them during the appointment to make sure everything runs smoothly. No medical experience required, we will train you, including patient privacy (HIPAA). Responsibilities: - Travel to patient homes in the Poughkeepsie/Dutchess County area - Use your iPad to set up and join telehealth video visits - Help patients (many are seniors) get comfortable on video - Stay present during the visit and assist as needed - Share visit updates with our care team Requirements: - Own iPad with reliable internet (cellular data or hotspot) - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Comfortable visiting patient homes - Basic comfort with apps and video calls - Friendly, patient, professional demeanor - 18 or older
Pay: $16.00 per hour
