Registered Nurse (RN) ? GI / Endoscopy

Outpatient Gastroenterology Clinic

Full-Time Including Saturdays | $36 ? $42/hr Based on Experience

Pinnacle Gastroenterology is hiring an experienced GI nurse to join our clinical team in Little Rock. You'll work across our endoscopy and GI surgery center, providing pre-op and post-op patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative assessments, IV placement, and patient preparation for GI procedures
• Monitor patients during recovery and manage post-operative care and discharge
• Assist physicians during endoscopy and GI surgical procedures as needed
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR and communicate with the care team throughout each case
• Help maintain an efficient procedure schedule by monitoring patient readiness, coordinating room turnover, and supporting smooth workflow between the clinic and endoscopy suite
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license (or compact state license valid in Arkansas)
• GI nursing experience required - endoscopy and/or GI surgery center
• Pre-op and post-op experience in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Comfortable working independently within established outpatient clinic workflows
• Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and a team-first attitude
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• $36 ? $42 per hour based on experience
• Full-time position including Saturdays (with one weekday off during Monday?Friday)
• Saturday shifts paid at 1.5x your hourly rate
