About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales & Client Support Assistant to help manage day-to-day client communications and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and eager to learn. This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a small business, make a meaningful impact, and advance into a larger sales, marketing, or operations role as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Schedule consultations, follow-up calls, and appointments
- Assist with CRM updates, notes, and client file organization
- Support revenue tracking, commissions reporting, and light data entry
- Help manage email and text outreach campaigns
- Contribute to office efficiency, small projects, and special initiatives
- Learn the business with potential to grow into licensing, sales, marketing, or operations roles
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable on the phone and communicating with clients
- Tech-savvy (CRM, Excel/Sheets, email systems, scheduling tools)
- Self-driven and excited about learning new skills
