Job Description

• Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards
• To be able to work safety and follow all safety guidelines.
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift/ Continental shifts
• Identify safety problems and support solutions.
• Pull and set molds from presses – IMM, IBM.
• Pull and set EOAT for robotics along with minor set up of robots.
• Support set up of auxiliary equipment.
• Support material supply to presses as needed.
• Ensure molds are running within set parameters – Daily process verification.
• Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Identify quality defects and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area.
• Work with other people in a respectful manner.
• Proactively engage and support company policies to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement.

Qualifications

Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing.

Other:

• Experience or knowledge of scientific molding
• Experience with IMM or IBM machines.
• Experience with various mold concepts (Injection, injection blow, cold and hot runner systems, multi plate molds, cores, slide, etc.)
• Robotic experience a plus
• Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Product knowledge and Standard Operating Procedures
